With a small foot print of only 750 sq ft. this home was begging for space. So we doubled it by finishing off the lower level and completely gutting the interior as a result. This little gem was inspired by small bungalows the can be found in San Diego, CA. Our mission was to bring this new fresh style to this 1940s abode.
